Items can be returned for an exchange or refund providing a return slip corresponds to the registered purchaser within 14 days of delivery.
Unless faulty, a product will only be accepted for exchange or refund if it is returned in it's original condition which include the removal of tags that may be attatched. Also we only accept items if the item(s) are unworn, not tampered / personalised or adjusted and undamaged.
An exchange or refund to the value of the item will be issued within 21 days of us receiving it. Shipping charges are non-refundable, however, if the return is a result of our error, we will of course refund the shipping as well.
Please note: Pierced earring hooks and stud earrings are non returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.
